1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using services provided by The Dan Jordan Group, including its affiliated brand FRONTDOORIQ (collectively, “Company,” “we,” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Scope of Services

We provide services including, but not limited to:

• Consulting and advisory

• Marketing and lead generation

• CRM and automation systems (including GoHighLevel)

• AI-driven tools and workflows

• Digital products and proprietary systems

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services at any time.

3. Performance-Based Commitment

In certain cases, we may offer a conditional performance-based commitment.

This means we may continue working toward achieving the intended system functionality at no additional service cost until the system is operating as designed.

This commitment is strictly limited to:

• Technical deployment and operational functionality of systems

This commitment does not apply to:

• Revenue, profit, or financial outcomes

• Lead volume or quality

• Conversion rates or business performance

This commitment is only valid if the client:

• Fully implements all provided systems and recommendations

• Maintains required tools, integrations, and ad spend where applicable

• Communicates and cooperates in a timely manner

  Failure to meet these conditions voids this commitment.

4. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific results or outcomes. All services depend on external variables beyond our control.

5. Payments, Billing & Refunds

• All payments are due as agreed

• Fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated

• Performance-based work does not constitute refunds

• Subscription services may renew automatically unless canceled

• We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment

6. User Responsibilities & Compliance

You are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

• TCPA (text messaging laws)

• CAN-SPAM (email regulations)

• Data privacy laws

You agree not to use our services for unlawful or deceptive practices.

7. SMS & Communication Compliance

You are responsible for obtaining proper consent before sending communications using systems we provide.

We are not liable for misuse of messaging systems.

8. Intellectual Property

All systems, frameworks, content, and materials are proprietary.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable, revocable license for internal business use only. You may not copy, distribute, or resell without written permission.

9. Third-Party Platforms

We may utilize third-party platforms and tools. We are not responsible for outages, errors, or changes made by these providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid to us in the previous three (3) months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Dan Jordan Group / FRONTDOORIQ from any claims arising from your use of services or violation of laws.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate services at any time for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or compliance concerns.

13. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of any non-public, proprietary, or sensitive information.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Illinois. You waive the right to participate in class actions or jury trials.

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our control.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
